You can return your order within 30 days of receipt: during the first 14 days without giving a reason (statutory right of withdrawal), from day 15 to 30 voluntarily for defects, wrong deliveries or significant discrepancies – complete with all accessories. See all conditions here.

Yes. If your order contains multiple items, you can select which ones to return in the Return Center.

We usually review return requests within a few business days. During peak times (e.g. weekends or high volumes), processing may take a little longer.

We use multiple return locations. To ensure your return goes to the right address, you'll receive the correct return address by email after submitting your return request.

Yes, refunds are always issued to the original payment method used.

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund. This can take up to 10 business days. Note that your payment provider may need a few extra business days to credit your account.

Opening a PayPal or bank dispute directly can delay the process. It may also void our voluntary return promise (e.g. the voluntary 30-day return).

Refusing delivery is not considered a proper return. Any additional costs incurred (e.g. return shipping, fees, customs or loss) may be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately.
