Shipping Policy
We do our best to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Standard shipping takes 5–6 business days once your order has been placed. Depending on the destination country and the carrier, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once processing is complete, your order is handed over to the carrier and you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders of €100 or more, regardless of the destination country.
For orders under €100, shipping within the EU costs €5.99. For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Import
Orders ship from one of our warehouses within the EU or from our international central warehouse. We cover any import duties, customs charges and taxes that may apply—so there are no extra costs for you, no matter where your order ships from.
Optional Shipping Protection
During checkout, you can choose to add optional Shipping Protection. With it, you enjoy:
- priority handling from customer service
- expedited replacement in the event of loss or damage—with no prior review required
- a simpler, hassle-free process
Shipping Protection is an optional service upgrade. Your statutory consumer rights—in particular the fact that we bear the risk of loss or damage in transit regardless—remain unaffected and of course apply even without Shipping Protection.

We currently deliver to all EU countries as well as selected international markets. A detailed list of available delivery countries is shown to you at checkout.
Delivery Times by Location
- Germany & Austria: 5–7 business days
- France: 6–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
- Other EU countries: up to 10 business days
Please note that delivery may take a little longer when your order ships from our central warehouse.

Delivery Issues & Missing Items
If your delivery is delayed, items are missing, or something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt if possible:

We will look into your case right away and arrange either a reshipment or a refund. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
