About Revive Active
What's the difference between the standard and pro version?
Both the Revive Active and the Revive Active Pro offer the same core benefits:
They massage your legs with pleasant compression, stimulate circulation, loosen tight muscles, leave your legs feeling noticeably lighter and can support your recovery and performance.
The key difference is the number of air chambers:
- Standard version: 4 chambers
- Pro version: 8 chambers
With 8 chambers, the Pro version delivers more precise, step-by-step pressure distribution across different areas of the legs. This creates a more targeted, personalised and even more effective experience – ideal for ambitious athletes and demanding everyday users.
How do I know which boot is right and which is left?
The boot sleeves are symmetrical and identical for both legs. There's no fixed right or left leg – they work on either side.
For optimal comfort, we recommend:
- The air tubes should face outward (not between the legs).
- When connecting the cable, the arrows should point outward and be visible.
How often should athletes use the boots?
As an athlete, you can use the boots daily without any issues – especially on intense training days or after longer sessions.
Many professional athletes use them:
- Once directly after training for recovery
- optionally once in the evening to relax the legs further
Use can be flexibly adjusted to your training volume and recovery needs.
What is the circumference at the top?
Laid flat, the Revive Active measures this much across the top (the Pro version has its own dimensions):
- Size S/M: 37.3 cm wide – fits a thigh circumference of up to approx. 75 cm (length approx. 97 cm)
- Size L: 41.6 cm wide – fits a thigh circumference of up to approx. 83 cm (length approx. 114 cm)
For muscular thighs an extension strap will soon be available separately (not included) that adds up to approx. 10 cm of circumference at the top. Choose your size by inseam: S/M up to 84 cm, L from 85 cm.
From what age can young athletes use the Boots?
There is no officially defined age limit. Our internal recommendation is:
Suitable from around 14 years, ideally under adult supervision for younger users.
The Boots are too small or too large – can I exchange them?

Simply submit your request via our returns portal and note in the comments that you'd like an exchange.
Once we've received the item, we'll send you the desired size as quickly as possible.
About Aero Pure Deluxe
What room size is the Aero Pure Deluxe suitable for?
The Aero Pure Deluxe is ideal for rooms between 31 and 40 square metres.
For best results, we recommend placing the device in the centre of the room.
Can I use any essential oils?
Yes, you can use your favourite essential oil.
Please add the oil only to the dedicated aroma compartment, not directly into the water tank. This keeps your Aero Pure Deluxe working perfectly and prevents damage.
How do I clean my Aero Pure Deluxe properly?
For regular cleaning, we recommend:
- Turn off the device and unplug it
- Empty the water tank
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth
- For limescale deposits, use a mild vinegar solution (1:1 with water)
- Then rinse thoroughly with clean water
Important:
Do not use harsh cleaning agents or undiluted vinegar, as these can damage the materials.
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and a longer lifespan.
The floor around the humidifier gets wet on level 3 – why is that?
The highest setting (level 3) is designed for short, intensive humidification – not for continuous use.
When used for longer periods at maximum output, the high mist output can cause moisture to settle nearby, especially in:
- small rooms
- already high humidity
- unfavourable placement
We recommend using level 3 only briefly, then switching to a lower setting.
In addition, the Aero Pure Deluxe should:
- stand on a flat, elevated surface
- not be placed directly against walls or furniture
- have enough space from surrounding objects
This ensures optimal air distribution.
About Revive Pulse
Which attachment is for which area?
The cushion head is ideal for gentle, wide-area massage, the precision head for trigger points, the fork head for the neck and calves, and the ball head for large muscle groups. The heat/cold attachment combines massage with targeted heat or cold.
Is the Revive Pulse suitable for beginners too?
Yes. With 5 intensity levels, you decide how gentle or intense the massage is. Start on the lowest level and work your way up as you feel comfortable.
Is the massage gun too loud for home use?
No. Thanks to the brushless motor, it runs pleasantly quiet. You can easily use it on the couch in the evening or at the office.
Can I use the Revive Pulse for pain or injuries?
Never apply it directly to bones, joints, the spine, or injured areas – always stay on the muscle. If you have pre-existing conditions or any doubt, consult a doctor first.
