Enter your email address and the six-digit code you receive by email.

After logging in, you'll see your recent orders. Select the one you want to return.
3 Select items
If your order contains multiple items, you can choose exactly which ones to send back.
4 Enter return reason
Choose a reason for your return and optionally leave a comment.
5 Submit request
Complete the process by clicking "Submit request". Your return will now be reviewed.
After the request
After submitting your return request, you'll automatically receive an email asking you to provide photos of the product, packaging and all accessories within 7 days. If you don't submit them on time, the request expires automatically.
We review your request within 24 hours on weekdays and within 72 hours on weekends. If the return is rejected, we'll let you know by email.
If the return is approved, you'll receive an automatic email with the return address and all further instructions. From that point, you have another 7 calendar days to send the package — the postmark date is what counts. Packages sent after this deadline cannot be processed.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected, we'll refund the amount via your chosen payment method. Depending on the provider, it may take 2–3 business days for the money to appear in your account.
Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer — return requests can be submitted up to 30 days after receiving your order. Within the first 14 days, the EU statutory right of withdrawal applies. Requests between day 15 and 30 are reviewed individually and are limited to cases of product defects or incorrect deliveries.
