2.1. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2.2. Prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.3. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
§3 Payment Terms
3.1. When selecting PayPal as the payment method, the payment is processed by our affiliated company Infinite Peak OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145, Estonia.
3.2. We accept the payment methods shown on our website.
3.3. Full payment must be received before the order is shipped. In case of payment issues, we may cancel the order.
§4 Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
4.2. We currently ship to the countries available at checkout, mainly across the entire EU.
4.3. Delays caused by shipping providers are beyond our responsibility.
4.4. Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer (including parcel lockers or postal offices), we do not assume liability for losses resulting from non-collection, refusal of acceptance, or incorrect address details. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred.

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall lie with the state and/or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Laramie County, Wyoming, USA. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper or inconvenient forum (forum non conveniens).
