Shipping Policy

We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been completed, the regular shipping time is 5–6 business days. Depending on the destination country and the courier, delivery may take up to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping provider.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once processing is complete, your order will be handed over to the shipping provider, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders over €100, regardless of the destination country.

Optional Shipping Protection
Additionally, an optional shipping protection can be selected during the checkout process. In the event of loss or damage during transit, this enables a faster replacement shipment or refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

  • 🇦🇹 Austria: Austrian Post

We currently ship to all EU countries as well as selected international markets. A detailed list of available delivery countries is displayed at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times by Location

  • Germany & Austria: 5–7 business days
  • France: 6–8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–9 business days
  • Other EU countries: up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance or local shipping providers.


International Orders

For international orders outside the EU, shipping times may be longer depending on customs clearance and local carriers. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
