Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple items in a single order that are delivered separately, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the sample cancellation form below, but it is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation. Since we operate multiple warehouses, we will let you know the correct return address as soon as we receive your cancellation notice. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
