Accessibility at Ractiveone

We want our online store to be accessible and usable for as many people as possible. That's why we've carried out a formal accessibility audit to assess the state of our shop — and have been systematically rolling out the required improvements ever since, covering both functional accessibility and technical compliance. Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Already in place

The following accessibility features are fully or partially implemented:

  • Keyboard navigation – core functions work without a mouse
  • Focus management – visible focus indicators when navigating
  • Labels & alt text – controls and content are properly named
  • Screen reader support – semantic structure and reading aids
  • Contrast & scaling – readable contrast, zoom and magnification supported

Ongoing improvements

Some content and features are still being revised. As we continuously develop our shop, we review accessibility regularly and fix known issues step by step.
