1 Log in to your account
Log in to your customer account by clicking the button below:
Enter your email address and the six-digit code you receive by email.
2 Select order
After logging in, you will see your recent orders. Choose the one for which you would like to request a return.
3 Mark item(s)
If your order contains multiple items, you can select exactly which items you would like to return.
4 Enter return reason
Choose a reason for your return and optionally leave a comment.
5 Submit request
Complete the process by clicking “Submit request”. Your return will now be reviewed.
After submitting the request
After submitting your return request, you will automatically receive an email asking you to submit photos of the product, packaging, and all accessories within 7 days. If photos are not submitted within this period, the request will automatically expire.
We review your request within 24 hours on weekdays and within 72 hours on weekends. If the return is declined, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved, you will receive an automatic email with the return address and all further instructions. From this point, you have 7 calendar days to dispatch the package – the postmark date is decisive. Packages dispatched after this deadline can no longer be processed.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected, we will refund the amount via your chosen payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 2–3 business days for the money to appear in your account.
Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Return requests can be submitted up to 30 days after receipt of the order. Within the first 14 days, the statutory right of withdrawal applies (EU and UK). Requests between day 15 and 30 are reviewed individually and are limited to cases of product defect or incorrect delivery.
